Bosch Corrected UAZ

The German manufacturer has provided the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant new technologies to UAZ Patriot and Pickup.

UAZ began manufacturing and selling new versions of popular SUV UAZ Patriot and UAZ Pickup with a new diesel engine ZMZ standard "Euro-4". The engine is equipped with modern diesel technology Bosch - system Common Rail CRS2-14, as well as European on-board diagnostics (EOBD). It is the first Russian-made diesel engine for passenger cars, fully meets environmental standards "Euro-4", which comes into force in Russia since 2013.

The modular design of Common Rail CRS2-14 allows to equip it with the number of engine cylinders from 2 to 6. Due to the universality of the system is used in all classes of cars and light trucks, including in SUVs. Among other things, cars with Common Rail have the best of power and dynamic performance. Torque developed diesel engine, almost 50% higher than that of a comparable gasoline engine. High torque and provides greater pulling power, it is available even at low engine speeds.

Board diagnostics covers EGR, boost pressure control, fuel injection, engine temperature, log management, fault and performance Scan-Tool. The control unit detects a vehicle malfunction, according to the driver and records the information in memory, which makes it easy to find fault in a specialized workshop
